Legal due diligence is being performed comprehensively; we examine the company’s practice of commercial and employment contracts, its financial and tax reporting, the history of legal disputes and lawsuits, if any, relations with state and municipal authorities, licenses, permits, registration of rights, and other aspects of interest.
